394. A need for the services of the SGEM? Spiteful, vengeful pup?

Toilet Training Your First Puppy in Singapore

"He will sprint to the far side of the two beds," the lady owner of the Yorkshire Terrier said. "Whenever he pees on the wrong location."

To the puppy, the owner is a terror. He sees the lady's face. Dark, eyes dilated, eye brows furrowed, voice high pitched. Right hand raised. He would get a spanking.

To the owner, the puppy is vengeful. Did not want to go to the newspapers on the kitchen floor. Purposely pee outside the restricted zone onto the bedroom parquet floor, the living area and everywhere except the designated area. Newspapers shredded to pieces, peeing and pooping onto the kitchen floor. Making her clean up after coming back from a 12-hour work day.

Is this situation a case for the the SGEM (Speak Good English Movement)? Is the owner not speaking good grammatical English so that the puppy understands?

Was there clear communication? There was body language communication. The puppy saw an unhappy face and raised hand. So, his heart beat fastest and he dashed under the furthest corner of the bed to avoid a spanking.

It was like a duck (quack quack) communicating to the hen (cluck cluck).
