Owners in Singapore and in other countries make a mistake of giving the puppy too much freedom. Best to start in one room near the toilet e.g. ground floor room next to the grass area. Restrict the pup to this room till she no longer has accidents. Then give access to another room. In this way, the puppy knows the toilet location and let you know when she wants to go the toilet.
