35. The whippet does not pee on newspapers
Toilet Training Your First Puppy in Singapore
Probably let out of the playpen + newspapers too early. The whippet was let out at the end of week 1.
May need at least 2 weeks of confinement and training inside the playpen.
Give treats to motivate the puppy.
Spend more time observing its behaviour like sniffing, circling to pee.
Maybe, every 2 hourly, put onto the playpen and give command "Pee here." Then, give treats.
